For the third time, Gruau Polska participated in the Indoor Football Tournament for the CCIFP Cup – French-Polish Chamber of Commerce. The tournament took place on Saturday, April 8, 2017, in Warsaw at the Bemowo Football Hall. A total of 24 football teams from companies affiliated with the Chamber competed in the event.
After very intense matches, we are pleased to announce that Gruau Polska reached the podium, securing 2nd place. We fought a tough final against the Saint-Gobain team, and the match ended in a 2:2 draw. Unfortunately, we lost by a single penalty kick, with the final score being 5:4. On the way to the podium, Gruau Polska defeated teams such as Carrefour, Europcar, Wyborowa Zielona Góra (Pernod Ricard), and Go Sport. It is also worth noting that one of the Gruau Polska players was named the best player of the entire tournament.
Participation in the tournament once again proved to be an excellent opportunity to promote our brand on the Polish-French forum, as well as a way to actively spend our free time and integrate our employees.
