Trumatic 500
Gruau Poland Sp. z o.o. performs material processing tasks involving cutting out items of any shape from a sheet surface.
The Trumatic 500 is a numerically controlled punching machine by TRUMPF. It allows for the cutting of various details and the creation of embossing.
Advantages of punching compared to laser cutting:
- No changes in the structure of the processed material.
- For galvanized steel, the corrosion protection at the cutting points remains intact, and additionally, a so-called zinc pull is obtained on the punched edges.
- Cutting speed.

The most commonly processed materials are all types of steel, including structural, galvanized, stainless, and aluminum.
We perform sheet punching on high-quality equipment, the TRUMPF TRUMATIC 500. The maximum sheet dimensions are 1500 x 3000 mm.
Thickness of punched sheets:
- Structural steel from 0.5 mm to 8 mm
- Aluminum from 0.5 mm to 8 mm
- Galvanized steel from 0.5 mm to 8 mm
- Stainless steel from 0.5 mm to 4 mm
Material for cutting can be supplied by the client or be their own.
